"Visionary, clever, outspoken, confident, compassionate, passionate, and sincerely committed to improving the lives of others" – Chase Chisholm, according to Joy Newcom, author of Involuntary Joy, "Has already touched more individuals than most people might hope to in a lifetime… His photography and notes about daily life convey the essence of who he is at the core, a man who misses little of life because no detail is deemed insignificant."

If you're looking for a blog dedicated to sharing the beautiful, frustrating, and oftentimes awkward cross-cultural experiences of life as an expat, then you've stumbled upon to the right site.

Capturing stories of people and the nuances of culture through various forms of media is my passion. Opportunities have landed me throughout Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, Guyana, Mexico, Southeast Asia, South Korea, and the United States. I currently work as a Foreign English Teacher in Yangon, Myanmar, where I also serve as a Greenheart Travel Teach Abroad Correspondent.

What's missing? What information about living and teaching overseas are you looking for? Are you looking for someone to write articles about Myanmar? South Korea? Guyana? Please take time to contact me. Let me know how I can be of assistance to you, your journey, and/or for your travel company.
