Do you ever feel like you’ve accomplished nothing in a week? Even though your days have been filled with everything?

This week I did nothing I'd normally do. I didn’t exercise. I didn’t eat much. I didn’t even leave my apartment much.

But, I did everything to help make my life more balanced, more efficient, and healthier when it gets busy again.

I reorganized my budget. I cleaned my apartment. I made decisions about my future. I created lists of things to do. I prioritized what’s important. I even slept ten hours one night. Haven’t done that in years!

I can’t help but feel guilty for doing nothing this week. But, sometimes doing seemingly nothing helps to get us out of our routine, breath, and refocus on everything.

Do nothing but everything for a change.
