OVERALL SUCCESSFUL

Of course all hell broke loose the day I chose to videotape my lesson for a teaching contest. There was fighting, slapping, throwing, and screaming in the classroom. Do I get points for surviving at least?

No need to dwell on the not-so successful day, however. It turned into a very successful night. I was given tons of coffee, lots of homemade chocolate chip cookies, a fake mustache, temporary tattoos, a discount on my gym membership, and did tipsy yoga.

I also said goodbye to a friend, made some new friends, and am grateful for a friendship that continues to grow. Goodbye Meg. Until we meet again. And thanks, Gabby! Life is beautiful.
