WINTER ENGLISH CAMP: 5TH AND 6TH GRADE

The second week of "Winter Fun" English Camp with 20 of my 5th and 6th grade students has come to an end. It was another week packed full of lessons to help students learn, review, and/or practice English.

Games and activities for 5th and 6th graders also focused on winter vocabulary and key expressions, as well as New Year’s Eve traditions, crafts, and making resolutions. Team initiatives such as different types of scavenger hunts, building a balloon tower, “English Pong”, and making snacks like Puppy Chow and fortune cookies were included too.

Pictured below are some highlights. Teachers: Please feel free to post any ideas, questions or general comments. I'd be happy to share lesson plans, materials and resources with you.
